What is the Solar for Low Income Households Program?

According to the ACT Government, this solar program offers:

A rebate of up to 50% (will be capped at $2500) for the installation of a rooftop solar PV system.
An interest-free loan with no deposit that can be paid back over a 3 year period.

The eligibility criteria for this subsidy includes, but is not limited to:

Holding an active Australian Government Pensioner Concession Card
Owning a home in the ACT
Currently do not have a rooftop solar PV system already installed
